Reed Phillips is based Birmingham and worked nearly ten years at the Alabama Republican Party, running the state party as Executive Director over the last two election cycles. In his service at the Alabama Republican Party, he developed Party strategy and plans, managed daily operations, and worked closely with elected officials and candidates to boost the percentage of elected Republican-held positions in Alabama from 54 percent to 73 percent. He is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama.
